My Father Debuts First Honduran-made Cigar

The Blue was a highly anticipated release that was met with high praise at the 2025 PCA trade show in New Orleans. It is the first release out of the company’s new factory in Honduras. It has a Connecticut broadleaf rosado wrapper with a binder and filler blend from the company’s first farm in Honduras, Finca la Opulencia. The company’s vice president of sales, Jose Ortega, described the cigar as medium bodied with a lot of flavor, including fruity notes.

My Father is also celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Don Pepin Garcia Series JJ this year with a limited edition release of the highly acclaimed line. This cigar is a Nicaraguan puro featuring a Corojo 99 rosado wrapper and a Nicaraguan filler blend that includes Pelo de Oro. It is available in two sizes, both included in the same 17-count box. Each box features 16 toro-sized cigars and one Salomon. Production is limited to 2,500 individually numbered boxes.
