Great Wall Cigars unveiled six new releases at Intertabac 2025. The company exhibited alongside China Tobacco International and remains focused on their international expansion with a diversified portfolio that is more and more targeted towards international markets with new blends and packaging concepts.
What we saw at Intertabac:
GREAT WALL (National Treasure) – Released in limited quantities as a tribute to cultural heritage and cigar artistry, this Gran Toro vitola is crafted from a blend of Chinese and Nicaraguan fillers, Dominican binder, and an Ecuadorian wrapper. The design draws inspiration from the giant panda, a living national treasure and symbol of harmony, reinterpreted through modern artistry.

GREAT WALL (GX Lion’s Glory Toro) – It is the first Chinese cigar to feature premium Cameroon tobacco as its core ingredient, renowned for its rarity, refined sweetness, and rich aroma, setting a new benchmark for Chinese handmade cigars. Developed in collaboration with an international team of tobacco experts and perfected through extensive tastings, the blend harmonizes select tobaccos from China, Cameroon, and the Dominican Republic, bound with Indonesian binder and dressed in an elegant Ecuadorian wrapper.

GREAT WALL (Year of the Horse Limited Edition Perfecto) – Inspired by the horse as a totem of strength and progress, this exclusive release transcends a cigar to become a cultural tribute and a statement of heritage. Limited to 8 cigars per box, its design draws from the imperial jade seal, with a black-and-red lacquered case engraved with the ancient “Bing Wu” script and the inscription “One Horse Leading,” evoking the majestic imagery of the Eight Steeds. Crafted with tobaccos from Nicaragua, Indonesia, and aged Chinese leaves and a lustrous Ecuadorian wrapper completes the blend.

GREAT WALL(Year of the Snake Limited Edition Culebra) – The first release of a culebra-format cigar by Great Wall. Rooted in a treasured blend developed by the Great Wall master team in 2017, this cigar features a distinctive double-tapered torpedo design, symbolizing the auspicious spirit of the serpent and embodying the profound heritage of Chinese zodiac culture.

GREAT WALL(Spectacular No.3 Extra Finos Robusto). – Embodies international sophistication infused with Oriental elegance. Presented in the classic Robusto format, this upgraded 2025 release represents the pinnacle of the Spectacular family. Crafted with meticulously aged tobaccos from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and China’s premier growing regions, the blend combines traditional Yichuan fermentation techniques with more than three years of oak-barrel maturation.
