Expairing is a new brand from Corita Cigars. It was introduced at InterTabac in Dortmund and it comes in two sizes.
“We have the Expairing Royal Mantle, which is a very quiet smoke, co-founder Jerome Monetti, says. “It includes mainly Dominican tobacco and it’s very smooth. The other one is Expairing Spice Road, and tastes bolder. The cigars is made with Nicaraguan tobacco, and just like the old Spice Road, it’s a journey. The cigar evolves a lot from beginning to end. Because of the spices in the tobacco, it carries you from one side of aromas to another.”
Expairing is their third brand and the name is combination two words, experience and pairing.
“We have a lot of customers who say they like our cigars, but they don’t know what to pair them with. Since we’re from Reúnion, we have rum, so we started propose a perfect pairing between Spice Road and a local rum.”
They also wanted their French origin to be in the mix.
“We wanted to combine French elegance with Dominican craft, where the cigars are made. The goal is a very refined smoke. We’re pushing the flavor to what we consider a new level.”
