Founded by Amer Al-Tamimi and headquartered in Dubai, Amarati Cigars positions itself at the intersection of heritage and aspiration – where Middle Eastern luxury meets the time-honored disciplines of Central American cigar making. It’s a young company, but one intent on telling a very old story, translated through fine cigars.
At the 2026 PCA trade show in New Orleans—its second appearance at the industry’s largest stage – Amarati spotlights the Dinara, a new cigar inspired by Middle Eastern opulence that is crafted at Diadema Cigars Agroindustrias in Honduras.
Dinara draws its name and identity from the legacy of the “Dinar”, which is historically associated with gold, trade, and economic power across the Middle East. Dinara has been crafted using carefully selected tobaccos, including Corojo filler, a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan binders, and a 7 year aged Corojo wrapper.
“Dinara is more than a cigar, it’s a statement,” says founder Amer Tamimi. “We wanted to create something that reflects the culture, ambition, and luxury of the Middle East, and the end result is Dinara”.
With eyes on North America and beyond, the brand is using PCA 2026 to establish footholds with retailers and distribution partners, laying the groundwork for a broader global expansion to follow.
