Tasting notes: This splendid Figurado develops fine, tart, nutty and earthy aromas, a significant cocoa, fruit and caramel sweetness, as well as a delicate scent of bread. It is medium-bodied, harmonious and very flavorful.
Numerous cigars are manufactured in the Plasencia family factory; many popular brands – the Plasencia Reserva Orgánica is one that finally “outs” itself as a “child” of the cigar dynasty. These Puros from Nicaragua are made from tobaccos grown without any chemical pesticides and only make do with natural fertilization. They are 100-percent organic cigars. Agricultural engineer Nestor Plasencia Jr., managing the company in its fifth generation, was a pioneer in terms of organically cultivated tobacco and has invested a lot of time and money in this sympathetic project. And it’s been worth it! The result is a perfectly manufactured, medium-bodied, harmonious, wonderful cigar, which allows us to enjoy unadulterated “pure” tobacco.
