Hamptons Cigar Manufactory & Museum will officially launch The Commander, the 50th cigar in its collection, on July 4, 2026.
The release honors military heritage through a cigar created to recognize generations of service.
The Commander was developed by Lak Vohra, owner of Hamptons Cigar Manufactory & Museum of Sag Harbor, N.Y., as a tribute to his family’s military legacy. “This cigar was created to honor my family military heritage having served multi-generation around the world as warriors,” said Vohra.
As part of the launch, The Commander will be priced at $10.50 per stick for active duty military, first responders, and veterans. The cigar will be available to civilians at $20 per stick or $52.50/$100.50 for a pack of 5.
The Commander is a Robusto (mild) cigar measuring 50 x 5. It features a Dominican seed tobacco blend with Dominican and Pennsylvania tobaccos and a Connecticut wrapper.
