More than 200 people recently gathered at the stunning Domeniile Saftica venue about an hour outside of Bucharest for the 5th edition of Habanos Night by El Unico. This annual gathering and celebration of Cuban culture and heritage has become a cherished tradition for Romanian cigar lovers, and this year the organizer El Unico and Habanos had a special treat for the visitors; the official launch of the first-ever ultra-premium Partagás line, the Partagás Línea Maestra.
The evening was of course everything Cuban, and then some; cigars, rum, live Cuban music, vibrant dance performances and live cigar-rolling demonstrations with a skilled torcedora showcasing her craft. Besides rum, the guests were also treated to wines from Lacerta Winery, crafted cocktails and whiskies. The Havana Club bar was in general a highlight for many attendees and the spotlight was on Don Navarro, an exclusive, limited-edition rum.
Last but not least there was a „Spin the Wheel“-game offering Cuban mini cigars merchandise and a tombola with S.T. Dupont prizes as Cuba made a one-night guest appearance in Romania.
