After opening their first Habanos Specialist in Vietnam in 2019 and La Casa del Habano in 2021, Avanti Group celebrated their 6th anniversary with the opening of a new Habanos Specialist in Ho Chi Minh City, their 13th retail location. The group, led by the fearless team of Sami Alrayhani, Daria Spitsyna and Thuy Thu Van, celebrated both occasions in style, with a sumptuous opening ceremony and abundant cigars, whisky and live music.
Following their proven success model, the three-story, 400 square meter shop is wrapped in a classic and elegant façade with interiors to match any boutique in New York or Paris. With a large walk-in humidor, a massive display of spirits, private rooms, a cigar lounge and a terrace, the shop is a testimony to the growth of the cigar business in Vietnam as well as Avanti’s bet on the future. But more important than the location and space, what makes their shops special is the personal attention to detail, professionalism and quality of service.
But they do not plan slow down. They are scheduled to open a new location in the beach resort city of Nha Trang in early December 2025 as they continue their breakneck speed expansion plan. We wish them good luck.
