Cigraal partners with Chef’s Night Hong Kong

Chef’s Night, held at recently opened Passion Wan Chai in Hong Kong, saw 150 chefs who work in Hong Kong and the surrounding region brought together for a night of industry camaraderie.

The evening was organized by food industry suppliers Gerard Dubois and Jacques Boissier and held during the annual HOFEX Food and Beverage trade event held in Hong Kong.

Maya Selva’s cigar portfolio of Flor de Selva, Cumpay, and Villa Zamorano cigars were supplied by Eric Piras of Cigraal, who noted that feedback from guests was very positive and reflected in lively discussions about the aromas and flavours. “Because they are working with food all the time, the chefs were very sensitive to flavors and aromas,” said Piras. “Many identified distinct flavors in Maya Selva’s cigars which they do not always find in other cigars.”
