Tasting notes:

There are chocolate, herbs, and chili in the bitter-sweet start. This is followed by fresh bread, roasted aromas, and cocoa. Nutty, earthy aromas and nougat dominate in the second third; it’s then bitter in the finish.

This small Robusto offers a colorful spectrum of flavors, from roasted/sweet earth to floral, ethereal freshness to leathery spice. Slightly salty on the palate, it has dense smoke and a stable tower of ash.
