China based humidor giant Raching Technology Group moved to a brand new and much larger factory space in Dongguan, Guangdong province in southern China.
The new factory spans over 30,000 square meters, that’s about three football fields in total space. It includes both a stainless steel and metals works factory, a 13,000 square meter woodshop and a large storage and inventory facility and it is operated by over 400 staff (not including another 200 in their corporate office). According to CEO Liam Chen and Sales Director Elena Hu, the 100+ million USD factory is currently making approximately 40,000 pieces per year, but it is capable of expanding to over 100,000 units.
Raching has been on an aggressive international expansion since 2021 and are turning out to be a leading player in the humidor cabinet business with presence in over 40 countries and a growing range of products.
Their most recent addition is the RR Cigar Humidor, a large cigar humidor cabinet with rounded-edge design and unique premium calfskin leather casing and unique color schemes with names such as Havana Tan, Trinidad Brown, San Diego Red, Caribbean Black and British Green.
