The jury awarded this year’s Cigar Trophy in the Outstanding Art category to Stinky Ashtrays, the brainchild of Bill Salviano, also known as “Stinky.”

The 2015 Cigar Trophy Ambassador Award went to Marko Bilić, Croatian founder of the Cigar Smoking World Championship that brings together smokers from around the world through a common passion for the cigar.
This year’s Charity & Community Award for extraordinary charitable service went to Camaquito, an organization fostering sustainable advancement of children in rural and infrastructure-poor areas in Cuba.
Our readers voted renowned cigar dealer Edward Sahakian’s sampling lounge, located on the mezzanine of the Bulgari Hotel in London’s upscale Knightsbridge neighborhood, best cigar lounge of the year.
This year, the awards for Best Brand went to: Villiger Tobajara (Brazil), Brun del Ré Gold (Costa Rica), Cohiba (Cuba), Davidoff Nicaragua (Dom. Rep.), Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 (Honduras) and Padrón Family Reserve (Nicaragua).
Each year, the Best Value award is presented to those cigar lines that give our readers the most bang for their buck. In 2015, the winners are: 1907 by Dunhill (Dom. Rep.), Oliva Serie V (Nicaragua), Camacho Corojo (Honduras) and Perdomo 20th Anniversary (Nicaragua).
This year’s Best Cigar Award winners are: Montecristo No. 2 (Cuba), Davidoff Winston Churchill Toro (Dom. Rep.), Rocky Patel The Edge Maduro Robusto (Honduras) and Padrón Family Reserve 50 Years Maduro (Nicaragua).
The Cigar Trophies 2015 have just been awarded in Dortmund. Yet again, the outstanding performances of cigar manufacturers and other actors in the cigar industry were honored in various categories.
