Fox Knives Tries Out Scissors and a New Cutter

Fox Knives from Italy tested the waters at this year’s InterTabac, bringing prototypes of two products, one improvement and one completely new.

“We’ve never made cigar scissors before, but our customers were asking for it, and people seem to appreciate it for its shape and light weight,” Valentina Ruffati at Fox Knives says. “Right now we only have a steel sanded finish, but we will probably do other ones as well.”

The other product is an evolution of their Figaro cutter.

“It’s a little bit bigger and the holes for the fingers as well. Our American partner asked for that, to suit men with bigger hands a bit better, and the feedback we’ve got so far is very positive. There are some interesting design details to it, as well.”

Both products will be on the market in the beginning of next year.
