Casa Carrillo Announces the 2026 TAA Exclusive Cigar

Continuing the tradition of creating distinctive blends for TAA members, the 2026 edition brings together tobaccos from five countries to deliver a medium-plus strength smoking experience. The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, complemented by an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and a selected combination of fillers from the United States, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic.

The 2026 TAA Exclusive will be presented in a 5½ x 58 vitola. With production limited to just 1,000 boxes of 10 cigars, this exclusive release offers participating TAA retailers a special addition to their premium cigar portfolios.

Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, founder and master blender, shared his perspective on this year’s release:
“With the 2026 TAA Exclusive, we wanted to bring together tobaccos from different origins to create a blend with depth, character, and balance. The Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and Ecuadorian Sumatra binder provide a distinctive foundation, while the combination of fillers from four countries adds complexity. The result is a medium-plus cigar that reflects our passion for blending and our commitment to creating something special for TAA members.”

The 2026 Casa Carrillo TAA Exclusive will carry a suggested retail price of $14 per cigar and will be available in limited-edition boxes of 10. Once the 1,000-box production is allocated, no additional quantities will be available from this release. Shipping will begin next week.
