Dominican Gems

Saga, the brand from De los Reyes Cigars, was represented at Intertabac 2026 by Nirka Reyes, who promised that two new lines of their "Dominican gems"—the Saga Gemas series—would soon reach the markets. The line already available is Ambar, a cigar made almost entirely from Dominican tobacco (with some North American leafs) and sold in three sizes: Robusto (127 mm x 50 / 5x50), Toro (152 mm x 54 / 6x54), and Corona Gorda (142 mm x 48 / 5 5/8 x 48).

Alongside the Gemas series, the full De Los Reyes Cigars portfolio was on display—including Don Julio, Saga Solaz, Short Tales, Yamasá, and Blend No. 7—as well as two new machine-made cigarillo offerings from Saca Cigarillos. These are the cigarillos smoked by Fufi Reyes himself, featuring a carefully selected and consistent blend; they are not simply made from long-filler scraps.
