Altadis U.S.A. will introduce a new cigar from Omar Ortez. The brand has been launched in 2006. This summer, the Ortez family adds the release of the Omar Ortez Connecticuts.
For more than 40 years, the Ortez Family has been a household name in the cultivation and blending of Nicaraguan tobacco. “Being involved with tobacco this long gives you the feeling of having achieved something special in your industry and the satisfaction of contributing to the prosperity of your country,” said Omar Ortez.
Omar Ortez Connecticuts will be launched in July. The cigar has a wrapper from Ecuador; binder and filler consist of 100 percent Nicaraguan tobaccos.
The Omar Ortez Connecticuts are available in both 20 count and 60 count boxes in the following sizes: 54 x 5 Robusto, 54 x 6 Toro, and in a new 60 x 6 Magnum size for the line.
