La Flor Dominicana and ProjectCarbon Unite at PCA 2026

La Flor Dominicana made one of the more visually striking impressions at the 2026 PCA Show in New Orleans by unveiling Carbon Flower, an ambitious collaboration with cigar accessory maker ProjectCarbon that marries bold tobacco craftsmanship with sleek modern design.

The partnership brings together two brands with a shared appreciation for hands-on production and attention to materials. On the tobacco side, Carbon Flower is a full-bodied, single-size release presented in a 6 x 54 Toro format. The blend features a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper and binder wrapped around filler leaf grown exclusively at La Flor Dominicana’s La Canela farm in the Dominican Republic—a nod to the company’s deep roots in Dominican agriculture.

What sets this release apart as much as the blend itself is the packaging. Each set of five cigars comes housed in a custom-built carbon fiber case designed by ProjectCarbon, reflecting the brand’s signature aesthetic of dark tones, symmetrical lines, and a distinctly modern sensibility. The pairing of the cigar’s dark leaf and the case’s visual character was clearly intentional, with both elements reinforcing each other.

Production is strictly limited to 1,500 cases, priced at $200 each. Carbon Flower is expected to begin shipping to retailers by late May or early June 2026.
