El Ruedo H. Upmann

The world exclusive presentation of the new H. Upmann Magnum Finite Edición Limitada 2024.

Last Saturday 26^th October, the emblematic Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas in Madrid became the setting for a magical night: “El ruedo H. Upmann”. More than 400 Habanos passionados gathered in this iconic bullring to enjoy a very special evening, in which history, culture, style and passion merged to create a unique experience.

The event kicked off with an aperitif served in the characteristic interior portals of the arena, a space steeped in history and specially dressed for the occasion. Among mosaics and wall paintings, the attendees were able to enjoy gourmet products of the highest quality: the elegant wines of Lustau, the premium beers of Mahou, a refined cocktail with the tequila Código 1530 and a selection of Iberian acorn-fed ham (“jamón serrano”) from the house 959 Ibérico. Meanwhile, the first H. Upmann Half Corona and Magnum 46 were lit and conversations began to flow.

Afterwards, the guests were taken to the bullring, where a majestic tent was set to welcome them to start the dinner. Master of ceremonies was the well-known journalist and TV presenter Sergio Sauca, who led the evening with rhythm and charm. 

The highlight of the evening came with the world premiere presentation of the new H. Upmann Magnum Finite Limited Edition 2024. The guests had the privilege of being the first to enjoy this cigar, which will be available in tobacconists in Spain in the coming months. The cigar has a ring gauge of 53 and a length of 130 mm.

During the dinner, the artist and choreographer Aaron Vivancos presented a show of extraordinary beauty, where music and dance intertwined, paying tribute to the tradition and passion that defines the world of Habanos.

At the end of the dinner, the guests were able to enjoy a selection of premium drinks, such as Café Dromedario speciality coffees, Havana Club Selección de Maestros rum, Chivas 18 Years whisky, Malfy gin and Solera Gran Reserva brandy by Lustau, which completed the pairing with the Habanos to perfection.
