Brazil presents its 3rd Habanos Regional Edition

The 3^rd Habanos Regional Edition dedicated to Brazil finally hits the market. Presented last year during the Habanos Night, the new La Gloria Cubana Série Brasil no.3 is now available at the main shops in the country.

The new release is a campana size (52 by 140mm) and comes in a limited series of 6,000 individually numbered boxes of 10 cigars. The cigar also marks the introduction of the La Gloria Cubana brand in the brazilian market that starts to be imported by Emporium Cigars, the official Habanos distributor to Brazil, and now the brand will be available not only with the new “Exclusivo Brasil” but also the other regular production vitolas of the brand.

Brazil already had two Habanos Regional Editions, the first one presented in 2013, the Bolivar Redentores, and the second one presented in 2021, the El Rey del Mundo Série BN2 Brasil, both already sold out.

The Habanos Regional Edition series brings cigars specially produced by the request of the local Habanos distributors and became very popular among the Cuban cigar enthusiasts and collectors. The releases come in a limited production and bring special vitolas that are not in the regular production portfolio of the brands. One of the characteristics of the series is that the cigars produced are not allowed to be part of the six Habanos Global Brands (Cohiba, Hoyo de Monterrey, H. Upmann, Montecristo, Partagás and Romeo y Julieta) and Trinidad as the series has also the purpose to make the other brands of the Habanos portfolio more popular in the international markets.

Brazil does not have a regulation controlling the retail prices of the cigars, but the box of the new La Glória Cubana Série Brasil no.3 is being sold by an average price of 490 euros.
