The new Colibri Quasar Cut is an extension of the Quasar series, which includes a humidor, ashtray, desktop two-in-one cutter and now a pocket cigar cutter.
Based on the Colibri Cut double-guillotine cigar cutter, the Quasar Cut is dressed with the Quasar series signature three-dimensional pyramidal facets that also help give a secure grip on the instrument when in use. The Quasar Cut also features an innovative open-surface blade – allowing only the cutting edge to slice through the cigar.
The Quasar Cut will officially debut at the 2018 IPCPR convention in Las Vegas in July. Eight finishes will be available: matte black, matte silver, matte charcoal, matte red, blue, neon green, black + polished chrome and black + polished rose. Quasar Cut will ship to stores in October. Suggested retail is $59.
This year Colibri celebrates 90 years since its founding in 1928.
