LIEB Tobacco, founded in 1991 with the goal of importing and distributing premium cigars to the leading tobacconists and restaurants in the Mexican market, has a rich history of 32 years. Over this time, the business has substantially diversified, incorporating six stores in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, expanding sales to some of the country’s major chains, and even producing its own brand in Nicaragua.
Today, LIEB Tobacco stands as the main importer, distributor, and seller of some of the most prestigious cigars from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras. Davidoff, Plascencia, Padrón, Joya de Nicaragua, My Father, La Aurora, Drew Estate, Camacho, and Maya Selva are some of the 32 brands LIEB Tobacco exclusively represents in Mexico. The company’s journey reflects a commitment to quality and a deep understanding of the evolving preferences of the discerning Mexican tobacco market.
