2022 Liga Privada Unico Serie Pancetta Returns

The limited-edition Liga Privada Unico Serie Pancetta (4 ¾ x 50, Short Belicoso) is returning once again to Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop in Havertown, Pa., and Barrister Cigars in Union, N.J. Like all the earlier Pancetta releases, the 2022 edition will be available exclusively at the two stores.

A union of two beloved powerhouse Liga Privada blends—Liga Privada T52 and Liga Privada Unico Feral Flying Pig—Liga Privada Unico Serie Pancetta combines the Connecticut Stalk-Cut and Stalk-Cured Habano capa that wraps the Liga Privada T52 with Liga Privada Unico Serie Feral Flying Pig’s bold Brazilian Mata Fina capote and Nicaraguan and Honduran tripa leaves.

“Since we launched the first Liga Privadas so many years ago, both Barrister Cigars and Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop have passionately and faithfully shared our love for Connecticut River Valley Stalk-Cut and Stalk-Cured tobaccos,” says Jonathan Drew, Founder and President of Drew Estate. “They continue to be true ambassadors for all-things Liga Privada, and Pancetta is our little token of appreciation for all their support.”

According to David Mayer, Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop’s owner, “This is the fourth year we have offered the rare and exclusive Pancetta in our store. Every year, they seem to sell out faster as more of our customers discover these smoky gems. We are truly grateful for all the support and love we receive from Drew Estate and its cigar smokers.”

Barrister Cigars’ owner, David Mallow, adds, “Liga Privada has been among Barristers’ best-selling cigars for more than a decade. Barrister has become renowned by Liga fans for our deep Liga Privada selection and the availability of hard-to-find and limited-edition classics. The annual Pancetta release cements that reputation.”

Liga Privada Unico Serie Pancetta will be available for pre-sale on Oct. 24 and will arrive in both stores on Oct. 28. Liga Privada Unico Serie Pancetta will be presented in 24-count boxes with an MSRP of $299.00/box, or $12.46/cigar. They may be ordered from Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop via its website at www.woodenindiantobacco.com; or they may be purchased from Barrister Cigars by calling 908-964-3000.
