STG Reopens Copenhagen Retail Store as Cigar Shop Macanudo

Scandinavian Tobacco Group unveiled its newly redesigned, Macanudo-branded cigar shop in the Danish capital Copenhagen with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 7 October, 2016. The grand opening marks the culmination of a two-year endeavour to revitalise their retail presence in Copenhagen formerly known as Davidoff My Own Blend.

Store Manager Martin Segerlund Kristiansen says: “With Macanudo featured in our new shop name, the modern and rich textures in the lounge, blending room and walk- in humidor reflect the brand while capturing the feel of a cigar store 50 years ago. The response so far has been tremendous and we look forward to welcoming our new and loyal clientele to the newest and finest ‘temple of tobacco’ in Scandinavia.”

Being the latest addition to the Macanudo lounge portfolio, the shop features a modern design while embracing the traditional in the friendly and relaxed atmosphere cigar and pipe enthusiasts have come to expect.

The retail store now renamed into Cigar Shop Macanudo is located at Silkegade 23 1113 København K.
