Plasencia and The Connection to Heaven

Hopefully we have all experienced that a cigar can taste “heavenly”. Plasencia Cigars has now launched a cigar at the PCA that carries this name: Alma del Cielo.

The cigar is available in three vitolas (CELESTE – Robusto (4 7/8 x 52), BOREAL – Toro (6 1/8 x 54) and AMANECER – Hexágono (6 x 60)).

“This cigar is more than a product,” said Don Nestor’s son, Nestor Andres: ”It is a living memory, a symbol of our family, a reflection of our sustainable farming practices, and of nature at its most generous.”
The name of the cigar also refers to the altitude at which the tobacco it contains grows: 3500 meters above sea level on the Finca San Julián.
The cigar is a puro and only contains tobacco from Nicaragua; the wrapper is from Jalapa (Nicaragua).

The new cigar was introduced on stage by Jim Young, CEO of Plasencia Cigars, who then passed the torch to Nestor Jr. – who in turn cleared the stage for October London, who sang the praises of the new launch.

A brief remark at the end: yes, the Alma del Cielo tastes heavenly. Right from the first draw.
