Manifatture Sigaro Toscano Releases Toscano Master Aged Series 4

The Toscano Master Aged Cigar Series is a range of Premium cigars produced by Manifatture Sigaro Toscano exclusively for selected countries.

The first 3 series of the Master Aged cigars launched last year are meeting the favor of more and more consumers day after day. Manifatture Sigaro Toscano has decided to enlarge the family with a new series, distinguished by an innovative micro-fermentation process of the wrapper: The Toscano Master Aged Series 4.

The Master Aged Series 4 is composed of a dark and homogeneous wrapper of Italian Kentucky tobacco which, thanks to an innovative fermentation process, gives body to the smoke without being overly aggressive to the palate. After the fire-cure process, the wrapper is stored in special rooms that are conditioned at very high and constant humidity and temperature for about ten days. This process guarantees the start of micro fermentation that is fully expressed and understood from the first puff.

The blend of the filler is composed of 100% fire-cured Kentucky seed tobacco, found in Val Tiberina, Tuscany and stateside in Kentucky and Tennessee.

Toscano Master Aged was created from an idea of the Toscano Master Blender to create a unique production process with an extra maturation period, led by a specialized ‘affinatore’ (refiner).

The 100% Kentucky seed fire cured tobacco used for the Toscano Master Aged Series has an elongated drying process that supersedes that of the standard Toscano Cigar.

Toscano Master Aged cigars are now produced in four different varieties consisting of Italian and American tobacco mixed in different wrapper and filler combinations, providing each cigar with a unique taste and smoking experience.
