Honduras Women Cigar Club Launches in Tegucigalpa

This first gathering at Jerko Cigar Lounge in Tegucigalpa, Honduras marked the beginning of a community that aims to continue growing in Honduras through future gatherings, experiences, educational activities, collaborations with brands, and social events.

The first event, sponsored by Plasencia, brought together women united by a shared passion, good conversation, and the pleasure of enjoying a fine cigar, while respecting the culture of cigars.

“Honduras Women Cigar Club commences in Honduras with the intention of continuing to grow, welcoming new members, and creating experiences that bring together cigar culture, learning, friendship, and the lifestyle surrounding this passion,” said Membreño. “The day of the launch was very special for everyone. Seeing so many women gathered together, some with years of experience and others approaching cigars for the first time with a desire to learn, was truly meaningful.”

Aurora notes she is left with great satisfaction of having taken that first step to establish HWCC and looks forward to what HWCC can create.
