Corporación Habanos, S.A. announced that Mr. Ernesto González Rodríguez has been appointed as new Operational Marketing Director of Habanos, S.A., under Resolution 143, 2017 of the Minister of Agriculture.
Ernesto González has previously held the position of General Director of Infifon (Habanos distributor in Russia) from 2002-2004 and 2007-2011 before assuming the positions of Export Director and Commercial Specialist at Habanos S.A.
Ernesto González’ new position is taken over from Enrique Babot Espinosa.
