This week, Iguana hosted an Oliva event in the locally well known venue Teatro Cubano in the center of Warsaw, Poland, close to the National Theatre.
40 people attended the event. The public was a mix of retailers, consumers and cigar aficionados. The event was invitation only and with an entrance fee of 85PLN (25USD). Included where 2 cigars (Oliva Serie V Melanio Figurado and Nub Connecticut), a tasting of Ron Barcelo and finger food.
Thomas Gryson gave a presentation about Oliva and J.Cortès and answered questions from the public. Another presentation was given by the importer of Ron Barcelo. One of the attendees was Mr. Raju S. Mirchandani, owner of Bar & Books cigar lounges in New York, Prague and Warsaw. He promptly confirmed he will add Oliva to the cigar choice in his Bar & Books locations.
