Alma del Cielo is Now in Tobacconist Shops Across the U.S.

Plasencia Cigars proudly announces that the first-ever high-elevation cigar, the Alma del Cielo is now shipping! Alma del Cielo, meaning “Soul from the Sky,” was unveiled via a grand event at the Plasencia Cigars booth at the 2025 PCA in New Orleans. Guests enjoyed champagne and a performance by Grammy Award-winning artist October London.

The grand unveiling of the Alma del Cielo was the highlight of Plasencia Cigars’ participation at the 2025 PCA annual event. Nestor Plasencia captivated the audience with an emotional speech, vividly sharing the cherished family story behind the Alma del Cielo blend.

Nestor Andres Plasencia said:” The Alma del Cielo is a blend born out of love, passion, tradition, and family values. It was an honor to have unveiled the Alma del Cielo along with my father (Don Nestor Plasencia) and my siblings and family at the 2025 PCA.”

The Alma del Cielo captures the essence of tobacco grown at Finca San Julian in Condega, situated over 3500 feet above sea level.
