Complex: Evan Williams Single Barrel

Here the eternal cliché of the dull American whiskey is dispelled. Complex aromas and candied fruit, cotton candy, fresh pineapple and fresh coconut with a light spice flow from the glass. On the palate there’s some wood, a slight spiciness with a tart sweetness.

Together with an Ashton Virgin Sun Grown Belicoso with its typical spicy sweetness, a compact sensory union develops. A fantastic combination of caramel with dark chocolate and tart almond cookies.
