Partial takeover of Dutch cigar distributor J. van Horssen BV by J. Cortès

The machine-made division of J. van Horssen BV, a Dutch cigar distributor got bought by J. Cortès. Officially the sale is valid by January, 1st 2020. This is an other intelligent strategic step for J. Cortès after buying Oliva.

All this heavier legislations don’t help us to survive. The dutch market is surely not our best one to act in and this will help us to secure our position in the Netherlands and survive the next generation,” stated Frederik Vandermarliere, CEO of J. Cortès.
