The first nomination phase for the Cigar Trophy Awards 2016 is now open! This year, we’re staggering the nomination phases. We’re going to start with Cuba: From May 7-11 you can make your nominations at cigartrophy.com in the categories of Best Brand Cuba 2016, Best Cigar Cuba 2016, and Best Value Cuba 2016. Over the next few days and weeks we’ll launch the nomination phases for other countries of origin.
Here’s an overview of the nomination periods:
May 7-11, 2016: Cuba (Best Brand, Best Cigar, Best Value)
May 12-16, 2016: Dominican Republic (Best Brand, Best Cigar, Best Value)
May 17-21, 2016: Honduras (Best Brand, Best Cigar, Best Value)
May 22-26, 2016: Nicaragua (Best Brand, Best Cigar, Best Value)
May 27-31, 2016: Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, USA (Best Brand, Best Cigar, Best Value)
June 1-6, 2016: Best Accessory & Best Cigar Lounge
The voting phase for the actual winners of the Cigar Trophies 2016 will be open from June 13 to 30 for registered users.
