Didier Houvenaghel has finished and graduated from Harvard Business School and is now implementing this knowledge into his cigar business.
Step 1 is to take care of some changes in the ORGANISATION like hiring people for special tasks.
Step 2 will be LOGISTICS. Also because of the necessary track and trace process for the cigars, he uses a new partner for his warehouse in Belgium.
Step 3 takes about 1,5 years to implement. SUSTAINABILITY is key to Didier. Decarbonisation is the main and first point in the whole Cigar process. This applies for all materials and production but transport as well. Only companies that do no green washing will be involved.
