Gurkha Cigar announced the release of four new lines as well as some new sizes for established cigar lines at the IPCPR 2016. The new additions include a Maduro version of the Heritage line, Cellar Reserve 21 Year and the one-vitola-releases Pan American and Jubilee. Ghost will see the addition of two new sizes: Spooky and Phantom.
Gurkha Heritage Maduro uses a Mexican San Andreas wrapper and will be available in three sizes packaged in boxes of 24: Robusto (5 x 55, $7.99), Toro (6.5 x 52, $8.99) and a new Robusto Corto (4.5 x 48, $5.00).
Adding to the Cellar Reserve anthology, Gurkha is launching the limited production Cellar Reserve 21 Year with three sizes. These cigars have a Connecticut shade Wrapper with 21-year-aged Dominican binder and filler. Sizes include the Solara 5 x 58 (MSRP $13.00), Hedonism 6 x 58 (MSRP $15.00) and the Kraken 6 x 60 (MSRP $16.50).
Gurkha Pan American will be available in one size. The 6 x 60 XO features a Connecticut wrapper as well as Nicaraguan binder and filler. It retails for $9.50 and is sold in boxes of 25.
Gurkha Jubilee is a 6 x 58 Toro with an aged Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and Nicaraguan binder and filler. The Jubilee is specially packaged in a 10-count limited edition humidor. It retails for $20 per cigar.
Gurkha’s Ghost Collection is adding a pair of two new Figurados: Spooky is a 4 x 60 with an MSRP of $7 and Phantom is a 5 x 58 size with a MSRP of $8. Both cigars come in a 21-count box.
