EGM brought a jar to the InterTabac this year. In it were 50 cigars of a vitola which hasn’t been commercially produced since 2002.

“The last Nynfa in commerce was under the brand Punch by Habanos,” CEO Ettore Gabriele Moraschinelli says. “Since we love that size and the slender shape, we decided to bring it back. It’s 7 x 34 (34 x 178), and it’s a seco dominant cigar with 100 percent Dominican tobacco, aged of two years.”

The EGM Nynfa was introduced earlier this year, but the jar was launched at the trade show in Dortmund.

“It’s a follow-up to a jar we launched two years ago, which had 50 EGM Encantos inside. It was incredibly well-received. It sold out in a week, so we wanted to replicate it with a special vitola. The jar is made in northern Italy by a family of artisans and there are 500 in total, only for retail. They won’t be available online.”

Done, and thank you.
