Davidoff Exclusive Event Italy

Also this year the ITA International Tobacco Agency and Davidoff Italia have surprised all the aficionados by organizing a beautiful weekend dedicated to the Dominican Republic.

On Sunday, September 15th, in the fabulous and sunny city of Rome, the Exclusive Event Italy took place, whose name already bode an exceptional day.

In the early afternoon a “Welcome & Smoke” was scheduled on the beautiful terrace of the Hotel A.Roma Life Style. A good Davidoff Primeros Dominican, combined with an excellent dessert buffet, made sure that a fantastic atmosphere was immediately created among the many participants.

Subsequently the guests left on board twenty black van that invaded the center of the Capital, headed for the Imperial Forums, for an exclusive “Imperial Tour” totally immersed in history.

The visit was an opportunity to admire fabulous exhibits up close and, at the end of the tour, we were welcomed inside the Palatine Chapel of St. John the Baptist of the Knights of Rhodes where Enrico della Pietà Brand Manager Davidoff, Henky Kelner Master Blender of the Davidoff and Jean-Christophe Hollay Head – Partner Markets & Duty Free EMEA, welcomed the participants.

Afterwards, the Davidoff Italia Team surprised us with an aperitif served on the terrace of the Palatine Chapel, with a fabulous view, within the excavation area of ​​the Imperial Forums and in front of the Altar of the Fatherland. The smoke of an excellent Davidoff Grand Cru Robusto has been combined with elegant Ferrari Maximum bubbles, all surrounded by an enchanting Roman sunset.

To conclude the beautiful day the gala dinner was scheduled, called for the occasion “Stellar Dinner”, by the great Chef Antonello Colonna who needs no introduction.

180 diners were able to delight their palates with the Chef’s creations, combined with excellent wines from the Sartori cellar. To top off this fantastic adventure we sat down on the beautiful terrace of the restaurant where, between music and dancing, we received as a gift a beautiful personalized case containing a Davidoff Yamasá Toro. Cocktails, Rum and Whiskey accompanied the closing smoke of the event.
