Although the New Year in China does not begin until the end of January, at the Intertabac 2024 there are several brands that are presenting their limited edition Year of the Snake, next animal to which will be dedicated the cycle of the Chinese calendar. Among them, Alfambra Cigars, with its founder at the helm, Alejandro Mata, who in addition to the limited edition Year of the Snake of his brand, El Brujito, presents two other novelties.
El Brujito Year of the Snake is a 100% Nicaraguan cigar, in toro size (140 mm x 54) and is presented in the markets in a red and gold wooden box, of 24 units, arranged in three lines of eight, which is the lucky number in China.
Along with the limited edition, El Brujito is launching a new format for its 10th anniversary edition, in short robusto size. The 10th Anniversary was originally going to be a limited edition, but according to Alejandro Mata, “it has been so successful that we have decided to extend it.”
Lastly, the most premium brand, José Gener, which was introduced to the market two years ago, is presented in an attractive lancero format. José Gener is a cigar also made with 100% Nicaraguan tobacco, all from the farms that the company works in Estelí.
