Smokers Abbey Jacksonville

Jacksonville has a new player in the cigar game. Smokers Abbey has moved in and Loyal and Mollie Thurman are at the helm of bringing this beloved concept of a lounge to Northern Florida. A place for smoke, libations and meditations, the Abbey is a perfect resting spot for the soul and a riveting place for the palate.

Located in the Urban Core neighborhood in North Jacksonville, Smokers Abbey has a very inviting appearance in what is a revitalized uptown area. When you enter, you immediately notice the gorgeous glass humidor on the left hand side which invites you to, “Find rest for your soul” as is stated above the glass. Next, you may notice the spectacular bar on the right hand side that offers up some tasty beers and wine from the greater Jacksonville area and beyond.

There are more elements to the SA JAX experience. Notice the comfortable furniture and all of the adornments on the walls which add to the eclectic yet cozy vibe that the lounge emits. Also there is a sanctuary in the back to connect with or contemplate God. Connecting with your God, soul, palate and spirit all come together here as you enjoy great conversation with Loyal, his wife Mollie, and the loyal patrons of the lounge.
