Owner Aj Sul, has done a magnificent job creating an ambiance and an environment that this cigar aficionado has never seen in any other lounge! If you visit The District on a Friday or Saturday night, you might be treated to exotic belly dancing or a beuatiful mixed crowd of men and women dancing.
