Principle Cigars Unveils New Time to Burn Codex

Principle Cigars has introduced Time to Burn Codex, the third release in its Time to Burn series. According to Principle Cigars’ Darren Cioffi, the first two editions sold out completely.

Part of the brand’s Archive Collection, the new release continues the concept of incorporating vintage materials into its packaging. Individual cigar bands feature authentic watch dials sourced after Principle Cigars acquired materials from an old watchmaker.

Time to Burn Codex was produced in collaboration with EP Carillo and offers a slightly more intense profile than the typical Principal or Aviator cigar. Cioffi describes it as having bright acidity, creamy character, excellent construction and notably generous smoke production, likening the experience to a “lemon creamsicle” with abundant cream and smoke.

Time to Burn Codex is expected to become available in early to mid-November.
