Humidity Specialists Target Market Education

THE team from Boveda found themselves continually busy during InterTabac as a stream of makers, retailers, distributors and consumers made a point of visiting their booth to talk everything humidification.

‘We need to be able to communicate with each and every corner of the market, so that raises its own challenges,’ explained Rob Gagner, Boveda’s Tobacco Brand Manager. ‘We take our role very seriously – people trust us with their cigars, right? So, we have to be able to solve their problems – and make sure that those people who sell them cigars also have enough knowledge to be able to impart it quickly and effectively to the end customer. It’s all about education.’
