Located in beautiful Central Pennsylvania, Havana Fest is easily accessible from any direction. Attendees can relax and experience the beautiful and serene small-town life of Happy Valley and the home of The Pennsylvania State University while at the festival. You will be in the heart of all the shopping, restaurants and bar scene that Downtown State College has to offer. There are also two huge parking decks, one adjacent to the Festival.
