Garo Cigars to launch in Vietnam with visit by Dr Garo Bouldoukian

Garo Cigars will be launched in Vietnam, with three events in as many cities. Brand Owner Dr Garo Bouldoukian will be present for the launch and further develop the country’s appreciation of cigars.

Trung Nguyen, of Volado Vietnam, is hosting the cigar events across the country and will be introducing five lines of Garo Cigars to the Vietnamese cigar community. “Vietnam is a developing country and knowledge of cigars is still limited,” says Nguyen. “But I’m trying to lead people towards becoming sophisticated consumers. The truth is, people are becoming more interested and are willing to invest in high-quality cigars. Vietnam is evolving into a very good market for cigars.”

Nguyen wants people to understand that cigars are not just about a label. “The most important thing is a passion for cigars. It’s great that Garo Cigars is really enthusiastic with partners and I look forward to Garo exploring Vietnam’s people and culture.”
