Dan Brady is the Tobacco Sommelier at Clear Water and he keeps an immaculate humidor. Cigars are perfectly maintained despite the dry air from the high desert thanks to the humidity in the humidor being perfectly maintained. Prices on cigars here are also quite competitive in spite of Utah’s high tobacco tax, making this quite an economical retreat. But do not confuse priceworthy and elegant as the distillery hits on both levels.
Do your best to attend one of Dan’s cigar education classes as well as a cigar and spirit pairing out on the patio, especially when the weather is favorable.
