Cigar Society of Victoria, Australia hosts event

Over 50 members of Australia’s Cigar Society of Victoria met recently for a sit-down cigar dinner in Melbourne.

Organised by Stan Gyles, the dinner featured a three-course meal featuring Flametree and Helen’s Hill wines, and Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum. Cigars featured included Vegueros Mananitas, H. Upman Connoisseur No 1, and the Romeo Y Julieta Churchill. Cigar Journal was featured, with all guests taking a copy of the magazine home.

“The event was a huge success,” said Stan Gyles, head of the Cigar Society of Victoria. “It was a great turn out, the cigars we’re fantastic, and guests were impressed by the quality of Cigar Journal. We look forward to hosting another event in the coming months.”
