Bertie Cigars Hong Kong Celebrates the Lunar New Year

Bertie Cigars in Hong Kong recently celebrated 2020 and the Lunar New Year with an event featuring fantastic cigars, drinks, food, and great camaraderie.

“It was a fun event, in line with Bertie’s usual style of fantastic cigars, delicious drinks, beautiful food, lots of laughs, old and new friendships, and a lucky draw,” said Eric Piras, founder of Bertie Cigars.

Guests enjoyed a range of cigars including Ashton VSG Robusto, Joya Black Robusto, Flor de Selva ‘Year of the Pig’ Toro, and Partagas Serie D No. 4, with numerous bottles of Joseph Drouhin Chablis, Billecart Salmon Champagne, Château Siaurac, and Antica Fratta.

In his welcome speech, Piras thanked guests for their support since opening in early 2019. “Feel free and at home in Bertie, your second office! In 2020 we will continue to host tasting events, Cigraal Academy masterclasses and lively Latino nights. The team and I wish you a Kung Hei Fat Choy and Happy New Year 2020.”

In March, Bertie Cigars celebrates its first anniversary and will be announcing their celebration very soon. “We will celebrate our 1st year anniversary and I am looking forward to have you all for a BIG party,” said Piras.
