Aladino’s Gorbustos

In addition to Aladino’s regular lines and the award-winning, acclaimed blend of the Julio Eiroa’s 85th Anniversary, JRE Tobacco unveiled a bold new concept at Intertabac 2026: the Gorbustos. Developed by Justo Eiroa’s daughters, Vivian and Andrea, this concept embodies a fundamental truth about tobacco: the power of a fine cigar to forge bonds between the most diverse people.

Aladino’s Gorbustos share three key characteristics: they are crafted entirely from Honduran tobacco grown on the Eiroa family plantations; they all feature a short, thick format—110 mm x 60 (4 ½ x 60)—and are sold in 20-count boxes. Beyond that, however, they are three distinct expressions representing three different personalities: Chimp, Orang, and Gori.

Three different apes for three cigars —arranged from mildest to strongest—the first is Chimp (short for chimpanzee), sporting a yellow band, it represents a contemplative, calm, yet complex and deep cigar. Next is Orang (short for orangutan); with an orange band, it is more expressive, bolder, and offers a multidimensional flavor profile. Finally, Gori (short for gorilla)—featuring a gray band—embodies strength, presence, and body. Three different smokes capable to join together in a lounge three very different personalities. That’s one of the superpowers of cigars.
