The Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge at Amalie Arena Reopens

When the Tampa Bay Lightning begin their season, J.C. Newman Cigar Co. will reopen its Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge at Amalie Arena. Closed last year due to the pandemic, the Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge will once again welcome Lightning fans in the Chase Club who want to cheer on their team while enjoying a fine cigar and their favorite drink.

J.C. Newman has operated a Diamond Crown Cigar Lounge at the arena since 2010 and is the official cigar partner of the Tampa Bay Lightning. After the Lightning won its second Stanley Cup Final championship in a row this summer, the team celebrated with commemorative Cuesta-Rey Aristocrat cigars in their locker room.

“As Tampa is ‘Cigar City,’ we are proud to support our home hockey team,” said third-generation owner and president Eric Newman. “I can think of no better way to watch hockey than with a Diamond Crown cigar.”
