The Association of Dominican Cigar Manufacturers (PROCIGAR) proudly announces that registration is now open for the 19th edition of the PROCIGAR Festival, taking place February 16–19, 2027, in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
The Festival invites cigar enthusiasts from around the world to experience the people, traditions and craftsmanship behind the world’s finest premium cigars.
Guests will enjoy exclusive factory and tobacco field tours, educational experiences, cigar power talks, cultural celebrations, premium cigar tastings, live entertainment and unforgettable evenings hosted by PROCIGAR’s member companies; creating an immersive journey through the Dominican cigar industry.
The Festival reaches its grand finale with the Auction Gala Dinner, an unforgettable evening combining fine dining, live entertainment and the excitement of PROCIGAR’s renowned charity auction. Exclusive humidors, collectible cigar lots and limited-edition releases donated by PROCIGAR members create a unique celebration where every bid contributes to initiatives that continue making a positive impact on the Dominican cigar community.

This year’s Festival introduces two exciting additions to its program.
The new Procigar Hopping Tour oMers a fresh way to experience the industry through a series of brief visits to PROCIGAR’s strategic partners, providing participants with an exclusive look at members companies that are part of the Dominican tobacco cluster.
Another highlight is the Procigar Discovery Tour, an immersive journey that invites guests to discover the Dominican tobacco industry through PROCIGAR’s unique perspective.
