The prestigious address 6 Cavendish Square in Marylebone is the home of Ajay Patel’s new cigar hot spot in London. Ajay is well-known (not only) in the London cigar scene as the owner of La Casa del Habano in Teddington. He and his family have done a tremendous job of refurbishing the new store.

Inside, the lounge and bar are great places to relax in the heart of London, away from the crowds and noise, although it’s only two minutes away from busy Oxford Circus. Just after entering the store, you have the retail area. Behind the cashier is the jewel box, the walk-in humidor with a humidifying system right in the middle of it, which also serves as a counter-top.

After choosing your cigars, just walk down a corridor to the back of the store, where the meditation happens in a lounge with leather Chesterfields and under a glass-top roof. Before you enter the lounge, there’s a bar that’s fully stocked with soft drinks as well as spirits. You can order either a nice latte or a cocktail to pair with your cigar.

Inside the lounge is also the entrance to the vault section of the store. No.6 Cavendish gives you the opportunity to buy and store in-house. If you have larger boxes or limited-edition humidors, you can extend your vault by hiring another one next to you by removing the divider and enlarging the space. What a stylish place!
